AT3 Payload Decoder
Paste a raw hexadecimal payload received from an AT3 tracker and decode it instantly in your browser. No setup required — the decoder runs entirely client-side using the official AT3 codec.
How to use
- Pick an Example payload to see a real AT3 message decoded instantly, or:
- Select Uplink (device → server) or Downlink (server → device).
- Paste the hexadecimal payload string in the text area.
- Optionally fill in fPort and Receive time to improve decode accuracy.
- Click Decode to see the structured JSON output.
Where to find the hex payload?
Most LoRaWAN network servers (Actility ThingPark, The Things Network, Helium, etc.) expose the raw payload as a hexadecimal string in the uplink event, typically under a field named payload_hex, frm_payload, or data.
The Example payload dropdown is populated from the same fixtures the AT3 codec is tested against, so every entry is guaranteed to decode successfully.
Codec version
The decoder always uses the latest published version of the AT3 codec from the abeeway-codec GitHub repository. No action is needed when a new codec version is released — the page picks it up automatically.
